For payment failures, duplicate charges, subscription queries, or refund requests, email contact@spotlift.in with the subject line "Billing Query" and include your Razorpay payment ID.

How fast will I get a reply?

Within one working day for emails sent Monday to Saturday before 7 PM IST. For urgent issues, WhatsApp is fastest.

How do I request a refund?

Email contact@spotlift.in with your Razorpay payment ID and the reason for the refund. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Quarterly plans are one-time orders and do not auto-renew. See the Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do you offer phone support in regional languages?

Yes — phone and WhatsApp support is available in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil during business hours.

Is my data safe with SpotLift?

Yes. Your data is stored in our Supabase database (Mumbai region, India) with Row Level Security, so only you can access your account. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI details. Read the full Privacy Policy.
