SpotLift generates content as suggestions for your review. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to publish to your Google Business Profile or any other platform. Before publishing, you must review AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with Google's policies and applicable law.

SpotLift does not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your search rankings, increase customer enquiries, or produce any specific business outcome.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use SpotLift to:

• Solicit fake reviews — positive reviews for your own business or negative reviews for a competitor's business.
• Create misleading or false business descriptions, including false claims about qualifications, awards, services, or pricing.
• Impersonate another business, person, or entity in any generated content.
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Use SpotLift to violate Google's Business Profile content policies.
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or subscription paywalls through technical means.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute SpotLift-generated content or tool access to third parties without written permission.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with SpotLift's tools.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

SpotLift's tools are powered by large language models. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or phrasing that does not reflect your business accurately. Always read generated content carefully before copying it to any platform. SpotLift is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without adequate review.

5. Consequences of Misuse

SpotLift reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this policy. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as our tools evolve. Continued use of SpotLift after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
